Reverse Cloud Migrations/Egresses

Reverse cloud migration, or cloud repatriation, involves migrating application workload back to an on-prem infrastructure or a private cloud. Motivations for reverse cloud migrations can be constraints with administration overhead, performance impact or operation expenses.

Data egress fees are one of the cloud’s biggest hidden costs, affecting the largest of enterprises and the smallest of businesses.

When data moves in, most cloud providers allow upload of data for free (ingress) but when flowing out of the cloud, usually charge large network fees to transport data out (egress). Egress typically implies a large data transfer.

Technology Security and Compliance Solutions facilitates and enables our customers to assess and evaluate their costly cloud workloads and re-architect their solution to streamline workflows and lower their recurring cloud operations charges.
